Yeah I hear you there. Sometimes when people are smoking it reminds me of the early days of me burning. I smoked a lot of commercial weed growing up and as funny as it is I miss the smell of it. so when I catch whiffs of smoke that reminds me of it, it takes me back.
Most of what I got when I used to smoke when I was younger was either Mexican brick weed, or weak outdoor homegrown with lots of seeds. I do remember some I got once though that had a pink velvety floral smell that really kicked my ass. I've gotten hints of it in different sativas and ever time it brings back those memories of being blown out of my mind as a teenager.
I get that too. Sometimes when my buddy gets a bit of whatever’s floating around ill get a whiff of something that brings on that nostalgia. It’s odd how most things we grow these days are really really different from all of the bud from a couple decades ago
