looks like shes doing alright. i suggest searching, and reading until your eyes bleed.
i have for years, and still am learning new things all the time about these little plants.
as far as your plant goes... looks like you need better drainage, and keep the soil pretty wet. let it dry out more.
also... maybe lower your light a bit more, shes stretching a little more than you want.
other than that, she looks happy. be carefull though... its an addicting hobby
