January 1, 2014 - Info On Colorado's Laws, Stores, Strains, Events

get a cup ticket there should be seeds every where. The only new seed shop I found was medical. Medicine Man Medical Market they carry 303 Seeds, Rare Dankness, and Reserva Privada. 720-389-7442. as you can see all the same CO. seeds.
State Laws don't not allow seeds for import or export sale.

Swung by Breckenridge Organic Therapy (great place) as I was in the area. I ended up getting Ox from Rare Dankness seeds. totally overpaid but it's worth it for me to get solid genetics and legally. Puffing on pre98 bubba kush feeling extremely good right now.

Nice

I haven't meet any mountain buds I didn't like yet.:high-five: the taxes are way too high they have collected excess tax money and CO. tax payers get the money if the gov. don't pry it away some how.

You are allowed here to give up to one oz of weed to someone for "donation". Just means you are not allowed to sell it for profit. It is mostly for if you grow you are allowed to possess up to two ounces at any one time so you can give away any additional beyond the two ounces.

That's confusing. My understanding is a med patient can possess up to 2 oz. rec guy can possess one oz. grower can possess what ever his (legal plant number) garden can produce.

Has something changed?

I think that that is basically correct COorganics, however I would be hesitant to leave my house with anything over one ounce, it just seems like it would be asking for trouble IMHO. There is no issue with posession limits at home if you are growing but I don't think it is wise possessing anything over an ounce outside of home.

There are times when u would have to maybe drive with more than an ounce, like if u were moving across the state.
I remember reading that it was also legal under rec law to move whatever u grew to another location. I sure wouldn't like talking to the police about a lb in my car. But I don't think u would get in any trouble.

As a matter of fact, I haven't even heard of Anyone getting busted for weed. In years. Tons of guys are doing illegal grows. And illegal sales. But I don't think the police and prosecutors are going after them at all. Which is good. Cops should be prioritizing there focus on real and dangerous crimes or helping the community.

Edit: not sure if this is how it works but I'm picturing it in my head: pulled over with 1/2 pound, cops say it's more then the allowed 1 ounce. I say I grow this stuff. The cop says prove it. I have to take him to my house and show him my grow. Then he leaves me with my weed and my grow and freedom still intact.

A more likely senario would be that the PO issues you a summons and you have to appear in court to prove that you have the right to possess that amount with your personal grow. Much like if you were pulled over and couldn't prove you had insurance, the PO isn't going to escort you to your house so you can prove that you have insurance. They write the summons, the court decides whether you are guilty or not guilty of the summons. A hassle I would like to avoid if I can.

Well, yeah. That sounds about right.
U heard of any cannabis cases in CO in the last few years? I've just heard about dummies getting popped moving weed thru Nebraska and Wyoming and stuff. I'm thinking like average CO joe, illegal grower/seller getting a state case.

I guess my whole point is it seems like we sure don't have to much to worry about here, whether we stay exactly true to the state laws or not. I'm not breaking any laws ever myself for the record.

Back to this "giftling" of an OZ, so If I came to your house and "saw" you had a "rare" blank cassette tape so I "offered" you say $200 for it, and then you said, "while you here, here's a bunch of bud as a gift" You telling me that that's legal?

Technically, it is not legal unless the true market value for that blank cassette tape was $200. It is illegal to sell, barter or trade for cannabis under current laws. However, it is illegal to go over the speed limit too, but drivers do it all the time.

OK, if you drew me a pencil picture, and I offered you $200 for that "art" because I am speculating that it will grow in value because either alive or not, your "artwork" will increase in value. After all, art value is in the eye of the beholder. And by the way, you gift me a bag of bud, especially because it will "enhance" my perception and appreciation of your stick figure pencil "artwork." comprende?

Lol, a lot of folks would do that for u. Like I said c-list is full of sellers asking for suggested donations.

I have been trying to figure out the legality of an outdoor rec grow. Is it legal? Does it have to be under a roof with a lock and key?

I Am considering attempting to grow a fast flowerer here outdoors.

Any ideas and any links anyone could post would be awesome.
