Looking at the picture of the leaf being eaten through and the spots (where the pests have been feeding) along with the picture of the culprit I would suggest that you may have a case of Thrips. There are plenty of threads on here which will discuss the solution, tobacco juice mixed with soap...

Just a quick shot of my girls as I said I would, they seem to be going pretty well but the bigger one on the back left is in Clover soil and was the last to pop whilst the others are in John Innes. I know which soil I prefer :)
