Welcome to our February update. It’s designed to give you a bit more insight into what’s been going on at 420 Magazine over the last few weeks.
The big changes that we mentioned last month have begun. We have a whole team of designers and programmers working with the management here on a complete website redesign with new software. As you might imagine, such a massive undertaking brings its own special problems, however we are well on the way. The new look site will have all your favorite features, plus a few new ones. It will be state of the art, keeping 420 Magazine at the forefront of Cannabis and Hemp News, Activism, MMJ knowledge and of course Grow Forums. Your experience, on whatever device you use to access the site, will be easier, faster and just better all round.
Already we have a brand new Home Page, where we are pleased to have created a unique look that manages to communicate a great deal of information clearly and cleanly.
Now we have just a few bumps in the road to overcome and then we’ll be launching the new forums look too. Testing is in hand right now.
Meanwhile, across January, our teams of Moderators, Spambot Patrollers and Reviewers have continued to monitor and add to the content and to the 420 Magazine experience. Spam is eliminated around the clock, trolls quietly and carefully dealt with and news and reviews are added daily. We are grateful to every single one of our team for their time and dedication to our Mission.
If you are a fresh face here, please do take a moment and read our Posting Guidelines. They are there to help and protect you and to keep 420 Magazine full of the spirit of knowledge-sharing, friendship and good vibes that we all work so hard to preserve.
If you are a more established member, we’d remind you to check our Home Page regularly. Many of us can get into the habit of just sticking to the journals, however on the Home Page you’ll find all the most recent news and announcements, reviews and warrior profiles as well as articles celebrating our contest-winning members and generous sponsors.
We always say that we wouldn’t be here without our Sponsors. However it’s equally true that 420 Magazine wouldn’t be such a great mission without you, our members. We are always grateful for your presence, contributions, positive energy and spirit of helping others.

We particularly would like to draw your attention to an excellent new review by Ian Bastage of “Everyone Who Has Died From Smoking Marijuana“. Despite the book title, Ian’s review is a great read!
Tech Updates
As we’ve said above, there’s so much happening with the new site design – and it’s all technical detail that’s not for here. However, as you see new design and features appear, do please send us feedback. It always takes a little while to get used to a change, whether you’re a member or a mod, but we’re sure you’re going to love it.

420 Magazine runs five contests each month, celebrating our members and their work.
