Georgetown Health Club Mission Statement Our mission is to provide quality medical products that improve the quality of life and health of the recipients. We will strive to be consistent as well as expedient with our clients. Our goal is to give the highest quality service for the most affordable cost. We understand that all people have different needs and comfort levels. We pride ourselves in having a wide range of products to provide our patient with, no matter how different our patient needs may be. Our representatives are very knowledgeable as well as discreet. We will provide our clients the quality information, service and products that fulfill their needs. We also promise to provide a safe, friendly, and clean environment! No appointments are needed, and memberships at GTHC is free. We welcome all patients 18 and older with valid medical marijuana recommendations according to RCW 69.51. Bring your original medical marijuana recommendation and your Washington State ID (e.g., drivers license); we will contact your provider for verification. You must then complete our Membership Agreement. Returning patients only need to bring valid Washington ID. We also welcome Designated Providers for patients who have difficulty coming into the facility; call for more information. Products and Promotions We provide many different free and reduced priced products for all of our first time patients, and eventually would like to be running a referral rewards program, and a frequent donor card program as well. There is no limit to what we as a collective would do to improve ourselves for our patients. To Become a Member of GTHC A doctor's recommendation is required for a patient to be protected by the Washington law and for admittance to any collective; a copy of your medical records may not be used instead of a recommendation. A doctor licensed in Washington must write your recommendation on tamper-resistant paper. Your recommendation must also include an original signature by your doctor, the date, and a statement that says in your doctor's professional opinion, the potential benefits of the medical use of marijuana would likely outweigh the health risks in your case. A doctor issuing a recommendation must be licensed in Washington.
