TheraLeaf is a true Not-for-Profit Association located in the West San Jose district, conveniently located off the 280 Freeway at the corner of Saratoga and Moorpark (behind Laser Eye Center in same building). We are here for the patients, and striving to raise the bar on compassion within our community! Our facilities are clean, safe and have a warm friendly atmosphere. We invite you to become a part of our Family here at TheraLeaf :) All first time patients will receive 10% off all flowers (minimum donation one gram required). We also provide 10% off on all flowers for Disabled, Senior Citizens and Military Veterans. We have an Excellent Referral Program, where you will receive a 10% off all flowers when you bring in a new patient (donation required by new patient).

To become a member, you must have with you: Your original Doctor recommendation, signed and notarized (no exceptions, no copies) AND A government issued ID card with proof of California residency. Returning Patients please have your California ID ready. We are in compliance with all laws pursuant to HSC 11362.5 and SB420. The city of San Jose has requested we post the following in accordance with section 20.08.890 of chapter 20.08 of title 20 of San Jose Municipal Code. Persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) are not allowed in the Dispensary. All illegal activity will be reported to the police. No smoking of Medical Marijuana in or around the vicinity of the dispensary.
