Our parking is off Melrose Ave. you can park at any spot in our plaza. Extra parking in the front & back side of the shop through the driveway. New patients must have a valid California ID and Original Recommendation, Out of state ID must provide proof of residency Existing patients must always bring their California ID and Copy/Original Recommendation every time.
