Evolution has been serving the community of Felton, California and the surrounding areas since 2004. We were the first collective in Santa Cruz County. We have a wide selection of locally produced edibles, as well as fresh locally grown flowers and concentrates, at reasonable prices. Feel free to stop by, check us out, and meet Billy. Mission Statement Evolution is a not-for-profit, members-only association in Felton, California existing to serve the interests and needs of medicinal cannabis patients, as well as the communities in which they live. Evolution strives to be a contributing member of the local community, with all associates and members living and working in the communities surrounding our facilities. Any resources in excess of operation requirements will be directly invested into local community resources. Evolution pledges to follow California State requirements (California Compassionate Use Act of 1996; Health and Safety Code #11362.5) for authorizing access to medicinal cannabis. Evolution and its associates will never knowingly dispense cannabis products to illicit persons. Evolution will report any fraudulent attempts to access medicinal cannabis to the proper authorities.
