Formerly A and E deliveries, now Momma's Deliveries. Servicing the Portland Metro Area, with all of your OMMP needs. I am without a cell phone for the next couple of weeks, E-mail only.

Email a scanned Picture of your OMMP card and State Issued ID, along with your address, or take a picture with your cell phone or digital camera. We will e-mail you back to confirm your delivery. We need your ID to confirm that you are the OMMP cardholder. Thank you for your understanding, it is for my protection and yours.
