Toluca Lake Collective

This not-for-profit medical marijuana collective is run by patients for patients in accordance with all medical marijuana laws and statutes: CA Proposition 215 and Senate Bill 420. We provide high quality products combined with caring and compassionate service, and a safe and convenient location to fill your prescription. Toluca Lake Collective (TLC) is licensed by the City of Los Angeles and the State of California. TLC is on the Pre-Interim Control Ordinance (Pre-ICO) list and is also one of the 186 pre-moratorium collectives registered with the City of Los Angeles. Pay attention to the parking! Please be respectful of our new neighbors. Don't park in any manner that might block our neighbor's driveway or directly in the alley. You may use the parking spaces in the small lot at the back of the property, just behind the garage. Street parking is also available on Hatteras Ave. and on Lankershim Blvd.
