Modesto Delivery, is Modesto's premiere medical cannabis direct-to-home delivery service. We operate under full license and compliance with Proposition 215 and CA Senate legislature. We strive to be your single direct source for safe & legal access to premium cannabis. Our sole mission is patient satisfaction. Modesto Delivery offers a quality menu ranging from premium flowers to medical/food-grade cannabis. If you wish to order, you simply need to get verified. 

To join please call to get verified before your first order. If you wish to pre-verify online, click on "Become a Patient" and complete steps 1 - 3. This information is needed by all collectives in order to provide medicine. We will verify you quickly. Once verified you will receive an e-mail, phone call or text message confirming your membership to Modesto Delivery. Once you receive confirmation that you have been verified , you may order via website or by phone. Once order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order with estimated delivery time. Upon first delivery, there will be a few documents to sign in order to formally join the patients' collective. Sign papers, and give copy of CA ID and Doctor's recommendation to deliverer. For each subsequent delivery, have your cash donation ready, along with your original doctor's recommendation and California ID. We do not share your information with anyone. All information is confidential. Resale or redistribution of medical cannabis obtained from Modesto is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a patient member of Modesto Delivery patients' collective. Do not drive under the influence of any substance that may impair your motor skills. This includes medical cannabis. Use of street slang terms in emails or phone conversations may result in denial of services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
