We are patients, just like you. As such, we have a vested interest in both the quality and the purity of the medication we put into our bodies. Too often we used to wonder about the presence of pesticides or other contaminates in our dispensary bought weed. The obvious remedy for our concerns was to simply produce it ourselves. It turned out that "simply" producing it ourselves was a quite a bit more complicated that we at first imagined. There is a substantial learning curve to producing the caliber of cannabis we desire. Slowly our knowledge and abilities grew as did our involvement within the medical marijuana community bringing us into contact with an ever increasing number of patients that shared our passion for this healing plant. Eventually we decided to take the next step, gathered our resources and founded HY-AID-US as a non profit corporation charged with both production and delivery of this life saving plant. After much work and worry we are proud to share the bounty of our fully organic grow. Every strain on our menu is grown indoors. We believe in what we produce and all the eloquent descriptions in the world won't matter a bit if our product doesn't measure up. Our new members all receive our custom, Swiss made, Miron Violet Glass storage jar which holds approximately one half ounce of dried flowers. These same jars are currently sold by companies like HerbPreserve.com and 420Science.com for $20 or more. It is our gift to you as a token of our appreciation if you call and place a $40 minimum order soon! Of course, you may find other gifts, like papers, hemp wick, lighters or grams inside your jar! This is a high quality jar that will last for years but still it is just schwag. Medical Marijuana, on the other hand, is why you are here. Its why we are here too. It is a passport to relief, rest and rejuvenation. Its a hiatus from the mental fatigue of chronic pain and illness. We take your medication seriously and you can taste it. First Time Patient Process 

We process new members until 6:00pm each day. Our first time patient sign-up is a quick and painless process that goes as follows: Call and provide our friendly staff with some basic information from your recommendation and current California picture identification over the phone so we can fill out your membership application. We will then get off the line and perform the pre-verification, and enter your member information into our database. We will then call you back and assuming your recommendation is valid, we will take your first order. Once we arrive, we'll photograph your picture ID and recommendation while you read and sign our membership agreement. After the paperwork is complete, we are free to make our transaction. Having your paperwork ready when you call will help streamline this process. Our returning members may order by simply calling. We have a low, $40 minimum donation requirement. There is no additional cost for delivery. All monies received are reimbursement for time and expense incurred in the production of medical grade cannabis.

We are approachable, professional, courteous and very much human. We recognize that perfection is not a destination but a path. We discovered long ago that we actually do our best learning when we make mistakes. However, that learning can only happen if we are aware that we've made a mistake. That's where you come in.
