All applying members must be a qualified patient under CA H&S Code 11362.5, 11362.7, et seq., and must have an up to date doctor's recommendation for the approved use of medical marijuana. Our methods of operation fall under the guidelines of the California State Attorney General. All applying members must have proper up to date California state identification card proving their age and residency and doctor's recommendation or county issued MMP identification card. First time patients must sign HRG Collective member's agreement. Valid ID and doctor's recommendation must be provided when requested.
