We are not a dispensary but a collective formed under a Non-Profit entity. There are no sales or distribution of medical marijuana and is an 18 and over delivery service. We pay our taxes and have a valid sellers permit. We are strictly compliant pursuant to section: 11362.5, 11362.81(d) and 11362.77 of H&S code, SB420, CA Prop 215, zoning laws and California state laws. Taxes are included in donation amount. 

We are a Delivery Service for Medicinal Marijuana offering Top shelf flowers, economic crisis priced flowers, concentrates, tinctures, and drinks. All First Time Patients will receive a top shelf preroll and an edible. Our loyal returning patients are always eligible for many free gifts and discounts tailored to fit each patients medicinal preferences. The promos and gifts are chosen based on your favorite way to medicate. In order for us to serve you, you must have a valid doctors recommendation, current valid CA identification and complete a member agreement form. Minimum delivery of $40 in our delivery area (92335, 92336). All 1/8th's are 4g's. Our volunteers are well trained professionals here to serve your needs. All of our edibles are made in a licensed commercial kitchen in compliance with H&S codes. You can rest assured that the medicated edible you enjoy was made in a servsafe kitchen. 15% discount for Senior Citizens, Disabled Patients, Veterans, Retired Police and Firefighters (cannot be combined with special offers). We have a special program for the Terminally ill-Please notify us immediately if you fit this criteria.
