Our mission is to collaborate with valid medical marijuana patients in the cultivation and lawful distribution of medical marijuana only between valid patient members in accordance with California Health and Safety Code 11362.7. Legal patients wishing to become members are required to provide proof of valid recommendation and agree to membership terms and conditions; copies of state issued identification and said documents are kept on file. Members are expected to provide work, donations, and/or member fees in exchange for lawfully cultivated marijuana. The purpose of our private collective is to provide lawfully cultivated medical marijuana, via home delivery, to members who lack the ability to grow their own quality medication due to existing medical conditions and/or lack of resources. Donations and/or member fees will go towards sustaining the resources needed to provide members with lawfully cultivated medical marijuana. In order to sustain the resources needed to provide members with medical marijuana, donations will be distributed towards future lawful cultivation of quality medication and compensation to those who volunteer their time. Any surplus in donations and/or member fees will be donated to local charities. Meds for patients under the guidelines of prop 215 and SB 420 only.
