so i was racking my brain trying to figure out how i can get the most drying space from my room.. i have a open space on the other side of my grow closet about 2x2 ft..which i was originally going to use for a mother...but later changed my mind..So now i have this unused space...
Currently i have a fan/blower i bought at wal-mart...which i used to force air into the room through out my grow. about $45-$60 prices very online...
I experimented by hanging a cola to see how well it would dry...and it worked great..well ventilated, since i have the fan/blower at the bottom all the air is forced into the GR and filtered then out to the attic...SWEET right!!
After checkin online...prices, methods, availability....
I really felt comfortable with a sweater drying rack..I liked the quality at target(metal/ a simple click assembly) rather then what they had at wal-mart (wood/not as sturdy..+the one i bought was missing a side to assemble..returned it)
But instead of leaving it the way it was designed to be use..i figured i could get more drying space if i stood it up..
So this is how it looks
The blower is concealed with a blanket to stop any light leaks in..
The lil things at the bottom are the Damp-rid closet dehumidifier i had to use during flowering because my RH was pushin 65-80 at times..I recommend it if you are having problems with humidity too.. found it at Home DePot in the paint section.. most of the RH problem was due to outside/climate humidity, so i put some of them there to dehumidify the air before it enters the GR...And some more inside the GR to further dehumidify the air..
I just thought i would share my idea....if it helps..great!
What do you think?
