Help - Seedling yellowing

Cotyledons yellowing and drying up

New yellowing on the tips of the new growth.

I believe growth it stunted.

I have nutes for nutes deficiency.

Any suggestions???

Just looking at your seedling I want to say the soil is to rich for it, I'm hoping someone who uses the same medium will jump in
