So I've been looking at those charts comparing sunlight, leds, Plasma and HPS. I was wondering if I combined 1000 watts HPS and some LEDS what the benefit would be.
Thinking of:
3x6 tray
1000 watt HPS in a magnum XXXL hood for a wider spread
Two Growspot LEDS. One on each side with the hood obviously being in the center at a higher setting.
I wanted to get closer to the spectrums utilized by plants. I surely can't afford a plasma fixture and so far it looks very promising but too much money. So my other options was to do the following settup.
