yellowing leaves - from cold?

Howdy,

I'm new at this, pretty much, and doing an indoor grow.

some of the little darlings are looking like this:

for the first few days in my care they were in a room kept in the low '60's.
about 3 days ago I kicked the heater up to 70, so for the last 3 days they
have been within 2 degrees of 70. EXCEPT: Yesterday morning there was
a power outage for about 8 1/2 hours, I put a propane heater in there
periodically to keep them from getting cold during the power outage, but
the little fan taking the cold air off of the floor and moving it around was of
course not running... one was looking a bit like this before I picked up the temp, so I am thinking that it could be just the cold.

Strain - Assorted hybrids
# of Plants - 33 for now
Grow Type - Soil
Grow Stage - Vegetative
Bucket Size - not transplanted yet, still in cups.
Lights - (1) 250 Watt Halide (for now)
Nutrients - General Hydronponics (low strength maxigrow)
Medium - potting soil
Room Temperature - 68 to 74
Room Square Footage - 10' x 13'
Pests - None Known

Plant looks Nitrogen hungry. They should get upgraded to bigger pots. Make sure your pH is 6.3-6.5. Nutrients will get locked out if you are too low or too high and feeding more will not help only cause more problems. If pH is in check then you may want to up the nutes a bit until the yellowing stops spreading. The yellow will not turn back to green though. what NPK value is the maxigrow and at what strength are you applying compared to what the label says to?

Maxigrow is 10-5-14, using half strength recommended for seedlings
(1/8 tsp. per gal. , recommended 1/4) however the last 2 waterings was just
water in case that helped, and skipped a day on the smaller plants in case too
much water was at fault. Watered everybody today with half-strength maxi.
Will put into bigger pots soon. That should help...

Update on my little darlings:

Apparently it was the cold, at least they are not getting any worse and in fact all the new growth everywhere is looking good! I plan on transplanting the biggest 4 today.

Thanks for the concern and suggestion! Going back to water with nutes may have been the main thing too...

Will get to that tomorrow. 6 are transplanted already, about 2 dozen to go. I saved some extra water so it will be room temp and in case it becomes unavailable again.

I finally got all the rest of the little darlings transplanted today. YAY ! ! !
Here's what they look like now: (previous picture 5 days ago)

Now my concern is that they are spread out to make room for bigger
containers and the ones at the end by the door are not getting very
much light.

We have found that plants like temps between 70-75 for best results. Moving your light around will help also to make sure everybody receives enough light. I noticed you said that you may transplant again? This may cause undue stress on your root system. I would suggest only one replanting so that your plant is not stressed and can concentrate more on growing than recovering. Hope that helps you a little.

Just transplanted all the rest of them yesterday, that will be the only one.
Then they were standing in about a quarter inch of water due to the way the
drain works... so I made this arrangement to keep them off of the floor:

Made from those wire shelves ya see at like lowes, used 1 inch pvc pipe to
give extra support and not dig any edges too hard into the plastic sheeting.

ok but whats wrong with a plant if it looks the opposite with yellow on top and then green toawrds the botttom half of the plant and the leafs rollin up with a couple brown spot on them? please help
