I've done a couple small grows (2-4 plants) but now i want to attempt to get 10 ounces every four months. 1 in veg, 3 in flower. I'm thinking about a scrog method, and i'm just lookin for a rough estimate of how many plant's i'll need and what kinda light. any help apericated

Get the best lights you can afford. Of course, HPS is the best, and about 50 watts/sq foot of grow area is idea. How many plants depends on how big your grow area is. Scrog takes up more square footage. Do a quick search. Urdedpal just wrote an awesome post on scrog. How much you get depends on how much you put into your grow. Lights, ventalation, soil, ferts, temps...
