I started a grow of auto fems october 1st, too late I know. It got down to 26 so I brought them inside my kitchen, my grow room is tiny and for hydroponics. They have received nutrients , good soil, good light, why are they small and skinny after 9 weeks?

It’s hard to know, without dissecting all the specs of those lights, what they are actually putting out in terms of available light that the plants can actually use. They probably aren’t drawing the stated wattage - most likely just one of those bs ‘equivalent to’ advertising statements. For sure the incandescent bulbs won’t be doing much of anything for the plants.
I’m 99.9% sure just by looking at them that the problem is just not enough good light.

Good to know, I had no expectations cause they were outdoor put out late in a greenhouse. I'm more into hydroponics of which I have 700 LED and do just fine. Nothing I can do. Live and learn, heres a pic of the lighting.

It looks very pretty- a nice adddition to the dining room table, but I think if you crunched all the numbers of those bulbs and looked at the true wattage and output of actual useable light spectrum, you’d find that it’s way under lit. Likewise your ‘700 watt’ LED is probably drawing half that or less. You’d have to look at the specs for it.
HID lights are very cheap, as are older model LED grow lights. Fluorescent lights as well will get you through veg just fine.

Those types of lights need to be like 8" away
As you have it is basically like not having lights at all

They need lumins. Get a free app for yer phone, bet the ambient light is similar to what you have them under

Yes no great expectations
I grow very nice large cola plants with the 700 watt in a 4x4

No criticism, but I think you’d find that with more light in your flowering room as well, you’d get plants that are bushier and stronger, with larger denser buds.
Again, don’t take it as a criticism. It’s not a growing competition and the buds we grow ourselves are usually always the best buds. Just an observation.
Maybe post the name and model of your 700w and we will see what it actually draws. You’re looking for 35 (bare minimum) to 50 watts of actual draw per square foot- with a lot of variation in quality between different LEDs.

I agree with weasel

Mo light = bigger denser buds
Keeping lights at optimal distance is huge, heck I may move my lights 3x or more a week when they are loving life

i love all the comments, anything to help the grow right!
Thank you for all the ideas, I’ll see in 4 weeks when I start up the grow room, as you know hydroponics is all consuming, if they need more lightnill get it. The dining room well I think they are on their own, maybe I’ll get some fluorescent but that’s it.
I like summer outside cause they are less effort and the gnats go with them lol
