Hey so I was at Canadian tire eariler and saw this light. I was wondering if it’d work in between seasons

It’d also be used for my fiancés seedlings/flowers while she waits to plant them outside.

It’s a T5 fluorescent which is really weak, it’s ok for seedlings but it’s not going to bring home the bacon during flower cycle.
