You could easily do it with a few simple tools/toys.
1. Humidity controller
2. Tape player with manual buttons. I picked this one because it has a power cord which is the crux of this working.
3. Speaker. You have to hook the tape player up to your speaker with an aux cable or something so you can hear it. The tape player may have a speaker built in but I don’t know if you could hear it in another room. Or use an extension cord to have the tape player in the room you are hanging out in. The thinks I linked from Amazon are just examples. You could do it with a cheaper humidity controller and tape player.
Just have the player with the play button already pressed and when the humidity controller detects a rh% you set it will send power to the tape player and play whatever you have recorded on the tape. Just a silly idea but how would that not work. Have to get the right tape player that if it’s powered it’s gonna play. I guess just a normal radio would work too if it plays when powered.
