The Windsor Town Board is going to tackle an issue at Monday night's work session that has recently become a hot issue for municipalities – medicinal marijuana.
The issue is being brought forth by Windsor Town Attorney Ian McCargar and Windsor Town Manager Kelly Arnold. The work session begins at 6 p.m. The marijuana discussion is scheduled to begin at about 6:30 p.m.
Windsor currently has two medicinal marijuana and wellness stores within town limits – In Harmony Wellness in the Westgate Shopping Center and the brand-new wellness clinic, A New Dawn in the 500 block of Main St.
Residents are always welcome to attend work sessions. The meeting will be held in the town board chambers in Windsor Town Hall, 301 Walnut St.
