Will the dilution method work for a 5 Panel probation drug test? If I were to abstain for a certain amount of time, Work out and dilute with all the necessary supplies to keep pH and creatine levels up also with B12 vitamins to keep the yellow color of my urine would that work?

If you were a light user it is possible for a while but its not worth the risk of popping positive on a drug test. If you piss a negative once and then you hit a positive again you'll be in deep shit.
