Will this box be big enough?

The box is 20'' High x 24'' Wide x 18 1/2'' in Depth, My current grow box is too small for plants as right now one of my plants are getting burned so I want to hurry and finish this box and move her. However will she still get burned in this box? My old box's height is 17'' tall and she's getting burned, so will this do?

It's pretty short- obviously you only gain 3 inches - so for the work of turning that thing into a grow box- could you hit the second hand store or junkyard and get something taller- if you are using converted furniture? These types of shelving units/boxes of all shapes and sizes are scattered around the land everywhere.

I gain 3 inches but the way I had to have the lights in my current grow box are really close to the plant since they are on the door, here's what I mean.

My current plant is bent due to LST so it should help right?

I doubt if I can tell you anything you don't already know from being there yourself and looking at the situation. I'm sure you can make it work if you want to. I hate height restrictions myself- so would be inclined to just get a tall box and skip the whole issue, but you can fit the plant in there if it's the right strain, trained a lot and flowered small, etc. :thumb:Good luck

In that case, would a space bucket be better? I've been looking at them for a while and was planning on making one but I ran across this table like thing.

Should I keep looking around my neighborhood to try finding some furniture or should I just make a box so I know it'll work?

I don't know what a space bucket is.
If it was me I would check the recycling/thrift/second hand/junkyard type places for an option. People have used lockers, fridges, upright freezers, and all sorts of furniture. As long as it can be light proof. I do a lot of building and cabinetry, and building a box isn't as easy as it may seem for some reason, so if you can find one ready made that will be easier. Plus you have to buy some materials to make the thing, unless you have the supplies and tools on hand. I'd just go for the recycling option.

I do have tools, I'd just need some wood... I'll look around and hopefully find something that is nice and tall with a good width.

Hey bud, at the price of tents these days you can get a small one cheap, hell you can get a tall 3x3 at a very reasonable price. If you need to go stealth, find yourself an wardrobe at a used furniture store.

Yes tents would be nice, except kids would try to get into them... Yea I'll go look for something like that, maybe I can ask my grandfather he probably has something.
