Will my plants get stunted from these night temps?

The seedlings are a few days old and these will be the nightly temperatures for the next 7 days, it's been around 12 C nightly temps for the past few days already so I'm not sure how well they are going to hold up with the below nightly temps

Friday. 8 C *

Saturday 8 C *

Sunday 7 C

Monday 8 C *

Tuesday 12 C *

Wednesday. 12 C

Thursday 12 C

Will these nightly temperatures for the next 7 days permanently stunt growth?

No, not permanently. Consider that just about every spring has night time temperatures like what you have mentioned and often even several degrees lower. Yet, the plants continue to thrive even without our attempts to improve the situation.

If you are really worried the simple solution is to "cold frame" the group of seedlings that you photographed for the other thread.

Put a clear plastic dome over the seedlings. It will trap enough heat to keep the temperatures a degree to several degrees warmer than the air. Be sure to remove or at least prop one edge up in the morning to provide some air circulation and to keep hot air from being trapped once the sun comes up.

It will work best and the way it is intended as long as the seedlings are not raised up off the ground. The ground does retain some heat overnight which is what helps to keep the temperatures under the dome a bit higher than the outside air.
