Will my lighting work?

If i put my clone thats about 6-7" tall under a 5000 lumen 4000k led shop light will that be strong enough or no?

No, the light is spread over too much area. You'd be better off putting it in a window, if you're in an area where that is legal.

I called a local grow shop they got some 2ft fluorescents

With one or two clones you may be better off with the LED bulb style lights from Home Depot.

Would a 2ft fluorescent work good for one plant?

To root clones, all that is needed is a regular led bulb 20 watts max. They don’t need a lot of light at all.

The 2' florescent is good for about 10-20 clones or seedlings. I like the LED bulbs as you can concentrate the light on a single plant, or spread it out a bit for 4-8 plants. Whatever you get should fit your future growing plans.

When do i need to move her under a different light or could I veg her all the way till flower under the t5?

Folks have used florescent fixture to take the plants right through to harvest, usually as a SCRoG. To take your clone through veg, you'd want at least four bulbs, and six in flower. If you plan to use different lighting for flowering plants, that light may also work well for veg. In today's world most folks that have florescents only use them for seedlings and clones that don't need much light.

yeah i use a couple of t5 uv bulbs but thats about it.
i start seedlings under led now, just adjust the height and its fine, i used to start seeds under t5 6400k but after changing the lights over a couple times it was too much a pain in the butt. the leds work fine start to finish, just mind the distance

Im just stuck lol i have a 300w led full spectrum but that light is being used in the tent with my Cindy 99 thats in flower and i have a small blueberry clone i try to have in real sunlight as much as I can but living in an apartment its hard im trying to get another light so i can grow them both at the same time since one light is being used for flowering right now and i dont have much money to spend right now so im ttying my hardest to make this work but im new to growing and dont really have anyone i can talk to face to face

Im just stuck lol i have a 300w led full spectrum but that light is being used in the tent with my Cindy 99 thats in flower and i have a small blueberry clone i try to have in real sunlight as much as I can but living in an apartment its hard im trying to get another light so i can grow them both at the same time since one light is being used for flowering right now and i dont have much money to spend right now so im ttying my hardest to make this work but im new to growing and dont really have anyone i can talk to face to face

i live in an apartment, i only have a couple people in real life that i talk to about my grow, and the couple i do have no clie about growing so i feel like an idiot talking to them. and i also started out with a 300 w full spectrum led. get good lights. i only have a couple lights but the ones i have all run quiet, relatively cool and serve the purpose they are used for very well.
also start out doing a small space very good instead of starting huge then going half ass on everythjng because you didnt realize how much it would cost to setup that space. (not saying you in general just saying the few grows i have seen in person people started with huge areas i.e entire second floor of house and then ended up with 7 chinese shit blurples expecting to yield 20 lbs)

This is my clone set up lmfao than i have a 2'x2'x4' tent that came as a kit with light fan and carbon filter its just the 300w led light is being used in my tent with my cindy 99 thats in flower so i can only use that light during light cycle and its way too much of a pain in the ass to move the light when shes in her dark cycle so im just trying to find a good cheap light i dont have to order so my blueberry can have her own light setup ya know the light you see in the pic with my clone is 4 led "bulbs" but they arent really bulbs maybe i am just worried the 4 led bulbs isnt enough but maybe it is?
