sorry it took so long to reply. i dont know the strain its bag seed. im talking about the leaves yellowing is that normal at this time??[/QUOT

Some of your leaves have a purple tinge , you checked ph? What have you been feeding? How much? Your plants look like they have a way to go before ready, so no it's not normal.

Bro like I said more info, is that including the stretch? 40days? What have you been feeding? Have you ph' ed the water?

I've been growing only a few years and I can tell you without info on what you've been doing you're not gonna get the proper help ,

Me, I keep my plants green 2 weeks before I harvest then reduce the feed for 1 week then flush.

But it's a shot in the dark just to ask" is this normal "

You should check out -how to ask for help -section on this site - I started off like that, more info makes people more interested,

Just trying to help you

ok maybe another question would be approx what flower week do leaves start turning yellow?

A lot of growers will keep there plants green all the way to harvest, and a lot flush there plants 2weeks from harvest to get rid off the excess nutrients stored in the plants which makes the leaves turn yellow,
when flipping to 12/12 lighting the first 2 weeks are not counted as start of flowering coz the plant is in the transitional period , some strains take longer,

The yellowing and purplish leaves could be phosphorous deficient, or lockout but don't know what you've been feeding or if you have been keeping the ph in check,

Have you been checking the trichomes to see where the plant is in terms of being ripe, most go for cloudy to Amber , when I see atleast 80% cloudy 20% clear that's when I start flushing and this gives the plant enough time to ripen at the end of a 2 week flush,

If your strain has a 8 week flowering time , then at 6 weeks the leaves will start to yellow it's normal no problem.

Your plants look like they have at least 4 weeks left to fill out,

Yeah when I looked at that I was very confused. there are a lot of people on here with disastrous grows who wold consider that a success. So you are asking what the plant is showing signs or poor nutrition in mid bloom.

So this is actually slightly more complex then it needs more food. This gets to the root (no pun intended) of what the growing cycle is about.

In veg we are building the foundation from which to bloom great flowers. We transition the plant to bloom when the plant has built the right amount of roots and fan leaves and stalks for the grow space we have. Possibly your environment was not optimal and did not allow it to have the best roots and abundant fan leaves to develop from in bloom. See in bloom the plant stops developing leaves (which is where all the growth comes from) and roots (which is where the nutrients come from) and the plant focuses on the flowers. All the stuff stored up in the plant gets consumed and when it is done the flowers are done. Typically leaves will yellow and then fall off but usually is starts a bit later and there are a lot more to have go first. That branch looks like one I might have removed before going into bloom as it would yield so little and removing it allows all the energy to go into the top most flowers.

Anyway to get the best flowers possibly you really work hard to build a hearty strong plant in veg that will push through a long bloom and fill in.

This will do fine... Give it some love and you will have some tasty results.

You specifically need Nitrogen which will never show as fixed at this stage of the growth. The plant is not going to put any nitrogen it finds in the soil into storage in the leaves at this point.

There are multiple way to up the nitrogen fast but this late in bloom it is difficult because the plant really doesn't need a heck of a lot. Probably what would be best for you is to post your feed schedule and some info about your water supply and what type of grow...is it Soil or Soilless or Hydro?

If you were running DWC I would expect I could ask for 3 days of res measurements and then we can solve the problem.

I bet if you just listed your light wattage (as the nute levels depend on the lighting), your nute products you are using, the feed schedule and watering schedule you have been on and we can figure out what is sideways.
