White Widow in DWC: close to harvest or too late? Help

Hi,
I'm at the 15th week of my 1st White Widow auto grow (from 420). Indoor , HydroMars 300, DWC, fox farm nutes.
I cannot figure out if I'm ready to harvest to way past. Some of the bigger colas looks a bit crispy.
I think I see some amber trichs, but not sure even if they are milky or not.....
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Pictures below. Could not snap better pictures unfortunately.

What's up with the dark bud

It get burned by the lights

Still see lots of white hairs popping, but trics look mostly cloudy, maybe a couple of Amber in the sugar leaves

15weeks is a long time, when did it show it's 1st hairs
