White Spots

pls help me identify what these white spots are

no but would poking them with my finger do anything or would i need something with a small end

and i also thought that the white specs weren’t the actual mite because they live under the leaves

You might need something smaller to poke them with. And they live EVERYWHERE! That could be poo. Does it brush off? Aphids are usually green or orangy but give off white poo not similar to the shape I'm seeing on your leaves. Spider mites usually redish/orange. Look under the leaves then flick those suckers off onto a dark piece of paper and see if you can zoom in on them with something.

if the mites in that pic are spider mites, thank you for helping me, i do not have them. my plant is very small at the moment so it was easy to check. i found nothing but those couple white spots

Right on bruv, just a possibility to check off the list, I hope you can! THose are aphids in my pic. I'm not trying to startle you, I myself just haven't seen raised dots appear like that on leaves before that weren't. Did they brush off?

i lightly brushed the leaves and the white things did not brush off. i did not brush to hard though as i didn’t want to hurt the plant or anything since it’s small.

Could just be feed stains, sometimes splash leaves white stains on my leaves. They looked raised to me that was my concern. She'll grow quick, you'll know soon enough!

Welcome. Get a jeweler's loupe and use it properly to get a close up view. You'll want it later on too, to judge ripeness for harvest.

This is my first time ever trying growing. i have a 400 watt hps light i’m just waiting on a ballast. the seed is from random bud that i got. is there a certain chance the plant will herm?

There's a chance it could go herm naturally but more often I think they turn due to stress.
