White colour or alumin folio

Should I put aluminum folio on the walls for better reflection or I can leave it like that. Cause it will be super ugly if I do it. But what about the plants and the quality will give me better quality and more yeald ?

Google "reflective paint", plenty of options. Aluminum foil would be a PITA to install, not to mention is could be an electrical issue, since it is conductive. Either one won't effect the yield much, plus reflective paint will last 10 plus years. I doubt the Al foil would.

Foil can have hot spots, like a magnifying glass principle as it is next to impossible to get it flat. Flat white paint as said, and it is easier to clean also.

This ^^^ go with "ceiling white" - its cheap and really really white.

Good morning @Diyandimitrov garden is getting better.
White paint, as stated is the best thing on ceiling walls and floors.
But any increase at this point will be minimal so I'm not sure if it's worth all that effort.
Maby before you moved everything in would have been better.
Everything is semi white so you should be ok.
Do the lights adjust in height?
I usually run them closer to the garden, just a thought.
