i want seeds that i can start from 12/12 straight .instead the 3 week in 18/6?

I think you could start any strain froom 12/12, some are more suitable for it yieldwise. Thats all i know on the subject, never did it myself.

because of all the time i start from seed and its tike 3 week antil it ready its need to pass process antil i can switch to 12/12 hps from 18/6 mh

A plant needs to reach sexual maturity before it will actually flower so there will be some time upfront that is veg growth even if the lights are 12/12.
Just go 12/12 from the start and as soon as genetically possible the plant will start to flower.
Stay with indica strains as they tend to be ready for flower earlier than a sativa.
