Which lights for flowering

im just about to start the flowering stage my 5 plants are a month old and about 1 1\2ft tall with about 5 branches each. which lights should i use and 12hrs on an 12hrs off right?

Floros or HPS

You can use HPS for a better lumens count and spend a lil more money or you can use long tube floros and CFLs for hard to reach corners. Either way try to get around 70-80w per ft2 (I believe) of your flowering room to get the best results you can.
