When will my outdoor potted cannabis plants start to create buds?

Hi guys
My 2 plants are still in vegetative stage. I can see those light green spots where buds will propably come out but still nothing. Summer end in couple weeks.

When the amount of daylight drops to 12 hours. That is the magic number. As the days get shorter, the plant will respond by switching its hormones to flower. This takes a bout a week or two from that point. After that, it's up to Mother nature.
