When to prune

Hey all, these 2 guys are my second plants. The two were both planted 3 weeks ago and just recently started shooting up pretty quickly.
I use a tiger bloom mixture when fertalizing and i just recently started foliar feeding with a tiny amount of tiger bloom mixed with lots of water.
My question is what leaves do I prune and when should I start pruning, ive only been using a 60watt flourescent and a 60watt REVEAL bulb in my closet to get em this way, i plan on gettin sum more by weeks end though.

do not top your plant untill it has reached 4 nodes high minimum......

I wait till they are mature, alternating nodes,
at about 8 -10 nodes.

If I"m not mistaken, the Reveal bulb is just a fancy incadescent. If that's the case, then it's not doing your plant any good. Would be better to switch it to a CFL
