When should i first use fertilizer

its been 10 days since my 7 white widows have sprouted. they look damn good. their in soile in small peat pots. When should i start fertilzing them. and then when should i transplant them

give them about 2-3 week to feed then start them off a 1/4 strength then work ur way up..
