When is she gonna full on flower? Pics

Is outdoor grow a slow progression in to flower due to the gradual change in light, unlike indoors where you can one day have it on 18 hours of light then switch to 12?

My plant looks like it’s flowering then it starts pumping out even more leaves. I’m excited . It’s gonna be a beast
