Okay so after I cut my plant to dry is it better to take off all the remaining leaves and let it dry with the leaves or should I clean the whole Bud of all the leaves and then let it dry

You will get both answers on this site. One means dry trimming and the other is wet trimming. I wet trim the fan leaves and some of the larger sugar leaves. And then after they've dried for a week before I put them in the jar I will finish trimming the buds. My finished product isn't very pretty but that doesn't bother me because I'm not selling them.

I don't think it matters. If you don't wear gloves your hands will be extremely sticky and smell like weed. I don't like wearing gloves so I clean mine off with isopropyl alcohol when my hands get so bad that the scissors stick to my hands. Why don't you try trimming half of it wet and then the other half of it when it dries and see what you come up with. This is all a learning experience for all of us.

Yeah it's a personal preference kind of thing, but I don't trim as tight as most folks do as don't have time to fart around with concentrates so I leave the sugar leaves on the flowers, and dry trimming hurts my hands more so I do it before they are dried. Or you can do kind of a combo of both, take off the fan leaves before and then manicure the flowers after if "bag appeal" is important to you.

Oh, and also can depend on your temps/humidity to a point, as if they going to dry too fast leave stuff on it or if the going to go too slow you can take more of it off, as it can affect your drying time somewhat.
