I give the first very low strength at 10-14 days depending on vigor.

Coco coir
I started mine as soon as I put them it their pots.I'm not a professional.Here are a pic of mine about 6 weeks old. Good luck with yours.

I use GH and with coco coir and start off 1/4 strength from the time she pops. PH 5.8-6.3
