When do I switch to bloom for a Black Indica in soil?

Hello all, I plan on doing a grow Journal soon but I have a couple questions first.

I have 4 black Indica plants going about 4 weeks from Sprout they are in 5-gallon paint buckets. I have a growstar 1000 LED light about 24 inches above them. At what point can I or should I turn on the bloom switch? I chatted with crop King seeds where I purchase the seeds and they said I could turn it on now. I just want other advice. Most run both full time while in veg or flower
More light the better

Now yer talking g the switch on the light only right, not the switch and changing to 12/12

I grow dwc. I flip at 30 days. Plants can triple in size after the flip. How big is your plant now? Seems most soil growers veg longer.

Here is a picture of the plants at 4 weeks old. One of them is 2 weeks behind because I broke a stem on one of them and it died.

Easier to see with the lights off, but look healthy

Crank the lights thru veg and when you flip to flower

Chris, so are you saying run both lights from the day that they pop out of the soil? I don't want to do anything harmful but I do want to do what's best.

Chris, yes they do look very healthy to me there's not a spot on them. I've compared mine to other peoples pictures. I didn't know if they were too small at this point

Correct the switch on the light, not 12/12. Everything I've read says not to do 12 /12 with Indica plants. Is that right?

is there anybody stupider than me on this forum? I just realized that I do not have an auto flowering plant. can you tell I'm new at this.
