when do i start 12/12

hey i was just wondering, at what height is your plant supposed to be at when u start leaving ur light 12 hours on and 12 house off?

when ever u are ready and what every u got the room for but rember when u flower the plant it will double its sixe so if u flower at 1 1/2 feet youll porbally get like a 3 footer
