When can I transfer a cutting from soft lights into a hydro system ?

Hi everyone, new to 420,
I have cuttings that have rooted in rockwool blocks, they have roots out the bottom,
Usually I tranfer them to a small pot under soft lights for a week or two,
But I'm wondering If they can go straight into a hydro system from a small block,
Or would it be too soon?
Any imformation will be gratefully appreciated

I would go straight to hydro.

depending on the root mass on the outside of the rooting block. You want atleast 2inches of roots showing before letting it fend for its self

If you are using net cups and it's tall enough to have the roots near the bottom of the cup and the top of the plant is
above the rim it's ready.
