When can I switch to 600W from 250W? Leaving seedling stage

Hi, ive been using my dimmable HID Light dimmed to 250w under the early days of my plants, they are now about 11-12 days in and im wondering when to switch to full strength (600w) on my Light?

If you increase it slowly over a week it should be fine now. Your girls will love it, just watch for signs of stress.
