hey guys just wondering when my flowers on my plant will have THC on them? i want to sample one of my buds and im about 3 weeks into flowering, there is white hairs all over the bud spot, is that good enough?

Many hairs is a good sign. But it's not ready to smoke yet! You've got another 1-2 months before harvest. You will be looking for trichomes. That is the crystal-like "fuzz" that forms on the buds and leaves.
After harvest, you'll have to hang the buds to dry for about a week. You can smoke the buds once they're dry. But for the best taste and smoothness you should cure the buds in mason jars for a few weeks.
