Whats wrong with this girl?

These are some pix of my G-13. It is 6 weeks old about 5" tall and has been having slow growth and is showing some signs of wilting/browning on the lower leaves. Does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions?
PPM is about 350
ph is approx 5.8
First grow using Hydro
Got the seeds in a breeder pack labeled g-13xhaze
I think that it may have been overheated and stunted a bit.

350 is for seedlings or newly rooted clones. not a 6 week old plant. One that old should be getting around 800 to 900 PPM's minimum if not more depending on nutes and strains and several other conditions like temps, air circulation and RH.

^same here, wilting browning on the lower leaves sounds like you need to up the ppm depending on the nutes you are using (deficiencies in mobile nutrients affect the lower leaves first as the new growth draws nutes from itself from lower older growth, and will stunt growth), ph is fine for hydro
