What's wrong with my plant? Help?!

Hey everyone, this is my first grow and you can clearly see this plant is not healthy. I have a 100 watt cfl 3 inches above it and the temperature is around 20 degrees, not sure what the humidity or ph levels are, does anything know what's wrong with it? I'm almost positive it's not a nutrient burn.

Oh, I also forgot to mention it's really rootbound from its old pot, I just move it to this one today, could this be why?

What kind of soil are you using there? There might not be enough oxygen getting to the roots? Without all of your specifics it's really hard to judge what could be wrong.

Was it waterlogged in the old pot? Looks like a combination of nute deficit and overwatering.

I'm using just like normal soil, it's pretty soft and light, good for draining water, it has no nutrients, I add those into the water.

What's waterlogged? Like soaked? And okay, what nutrient would you say it' needs more of?

IF it definitely isn't/wasn't overwatered, then you could hit it with a general purpose organic fertilizer, like a tomato fertilizer would work. Mainly nitrogen is what it needs.

Okay thanks, would a 4-3-3 or a 10-15-10 work better? Also one of the new leafs is sort of "twisting" now if that helps..

From that angle it really doesn't look like anything. Some strains have very 'foldy' leaves. Sometimes a leaf will grow a little odd.

I would definitely look into a PH meter though
If the PH is out of balance the plant wont be able to absorb certain nutrients, but it does appear to be N deficient.

The twisting looks fine, its still growing and that can happen on some strains.
If the twisting gets worse, depending on the nutrients your using, you may need to back off of the "Micros". However, there are a number of things that can cause the leaves to twist including being root bound. It can be a little rough on the plant sometimes but I usually loosen the roots up a bit while transplanting if its really bad.
