What's wrong with my leaves?

Anyone able to let me know what's wrong with the leaves on my blueberry kush plant
I don't use nutrients just water ph at 6.0
Temps at 68 lowest and about 78 at its usual . There is ventilation just bottoms flaps on grow tent open and fans blowing through. also inside of the tent

It would be a good idea to start. If you can't buy nutrients, go with dried used ground coffee ( a table spoon per pot) and sprinkle around.
