Maybe a reg seed got mixed in with an auto seed pack ? Try 12/12 for a week or two & see if it flowers. You might want to consider addressing the Red Stems too. I think that indicates a Mag. def. but let someone else more knowledgeable on that determine if it is or not.

Red stems more often genetic than a deficiency, can be but in my experience better odds on it being just genetic on Strains that throw out some color in the Flowers.

It is just starting to flower, perhaps this plant is just a little slower than expected, but will still do the business

Not switch to 12/12 just wait a week?
I have to disagree. The plant (Auto) is 50 days old. That's 7 weeks. An Auto starts to flower around day 21 or so. 50 days is over twice that, so another week wont help. I'd try 12/12 & see if it works. It will not hurt an Auto to flower on 12/12. Just a smaller yield if it is an Auto. Once it starts to flower you can always go back to 18/6. If it starts revegging you know it's not an Auto & needs to be on 12/12 to flower.

To me, it's just showing you that it's a female & ready to flower. Not actually flowering though. Just showing you the sex & that it's ready for flower. I could be wrong, but that's the way I see it. My 37 day old fem is starting to put out pre-flowers & a couple of pistils, but it's still in veg. I wont start flowering her for another 3-4 weeks.

It looks like it’s starting to preflower right now. I’d give it another week. 7 weeks is a long veg period for an auto, but not unheard of. I’ve had a couple that were at 6 weeks when the preflower started

I Cropp and Bend her yesterday to have small wider Plant i wait a week and posting here some pic's when you guys say then switch to 12/12 then i do it but i also think she Strech but don't know 100%

If that ends up being a Photo & not an Auto it's going to be a pretty big plant. She looks pretty good to me. Now to get her to flower. I've heard of people giving their plants 24 hours of darkness to get them to start flowering before, but I've never had to try it. Not sure if it works or not as I didn't follow up on it. Have you looked at other journals that had this problem ? Maybe see what they did.

I would flip to 12/12 as she is ready to flower. Looks very much like my plant that is about 38 days old. I know mine is a photo period so I'm continuing to Veg even though I could flip to flower now. But I'm giving it a shot at trying to yield 2 lbs. from 1 plant so it needs to be a big ass plant. Most I've gotten so far is 1.25 lbs. from 1 plant.
I've had Auto's that took a long time to finish (14 weeks), but they've always flowered within 5 weeks at the very most. Usually, even sooner. I'm sure there are rare cases of an Auto taking even longer to start flowering. But really, what are the odds of you getting that 1 in a million seed ?
I believe @farside05 grows mostly Auto's. Maybe he can give his thoughts on your plant.

It wouldn't be the first Auto to not Auto. I had a Northern Lights Auto, at least that's what it was supposed to be, that I let go 90 days and it never did flower. Finally had to change to 12/12 to get it to bud. It took another 90 days to finish from there. When you're looking for a quick turn around from an auto, and you get one of these non-autoflowering seeds, it a bummer. @InTheShed dubbed mine S.S.T.P.U.O.T.F.A.S. stands for Some Seed They Picked Up Off The Floor And Shipped. If it were mine, I'd change the light timer to 12/12. 50ish days is more than ample. If it were going to do it on its own, it should have done it back around day 28.

I switch to 12/12 look at the Amnesia Lemon (Auto) same age like the WW and no sign of Flowering only litte pistols lol what a shame there is something wrong with Linda's Genetics and they told me in a chat it has nothing to do with Linda aha i Grow Autos 8 year's and never had this Shit on other Plants..

I have a Ec of 2,8 but just for a few Waterings i never feed so High but they looking under Flash light lot better then bevore. I have no idea how to Handle the Strech i have to remove the Amnesia Lemon maybe but defenetley the New Seedlings was a stupid idea started new bur my plan was adding new Plants when the Auto's Half ready i thought Strech near lol sucks.. But thanks for Help <3 looks they sell Auto's that are not Auto's ore mixt with Photos?

I saw some pics online of WW Auto... she has red stems. RE: maybe got a photo seed by mistake... funny, I just suggested this in another thread!

Agreed. Pre-flowers show on either side of lower nodes, whereas the start of flowering will be at the tips. Pre-flowers are specifically bracts each with 2 stigmas (hairs). To my knowledge, there will be one on both side of the node, and perhaps just one on one side of the node.

Funny, I've had the opposite happen to me... ordered photos and got some autos in the mix. The company I got those from were piss poor about it, and I won't order from them anymore.

I was also thinking that seed lines that are autos, depending on how well the breeding and stabilizing is done, could result in unstable seed that sometimes throws phenos that are photos. Breeders use cannabis ruderalis to get the autoflowering gene, so perhaps that gene isn't always expressed unless it's done exactly the right way. Anybody know anything about this?

good luck, @Fletchen! one way or another, yer gonna grow that baby out. :thumb:
